Returns Policy

For products purchased through our website, returns must be processed exclusively through our online channels. Items bought via e-commerce cannot be returned to Mondepars physical stores, as the systems operate independently.


Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and unwashed. All original tags, labels, and seals must be intact. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with the invoice.


Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases)

If you wish to return your purchase due to change of mind, you have up to seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
At this time, we do not accept exchanges outside Brazil.


Manufacturing Defects

Manufacturing defects must be reported within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests must include photos or videos clearly showing the defect. For confirmed defects, Mondepars will cover all return shipping costs. Mondepars reserves the right to refuse a return or repair if our technical team determines that the issue is not due to a manufacturing 

 

How to Request a Return (International Orders)

Please follow the steps below to request a return for orders shipped outside Brazil:
    •    Contact Customer Service at sac@mondepars.com, providing your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason, and photos of the product.
    •    After reviewing your request, if approved, Mondepars will provide instructions for shipping via DHL.
    •    Send the item using the DHL code provided and confirm shipment by email, including the tracking number and proof of shipment.
    •    Wait for confirmation of receipt by Mondepars in Brazil, along with confirmation of the full refund for the returned product.
